Privacy Policy
1. About this Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how the Jenzen Group and PAJET Pty Ltd ("we", "us") and Ray White Prospect (RLA 321928) collect, use, and protect your personal information in connection with the Ninety Eight Churchill website (98churchill.com.au).
We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
2. What we collect
When you enquire on this website, we collect:
- Your first and last name
- Mobile number
- Email address
- Postcode
- The time you prefer to be contacted
- Whether you asked for the brochure or registered your interest
- Your agreement to be contacted, and the time you gave it
- The page you enquired from, the website that referred you, and any campaign details in the link you arrived on
- Your IP address, the approximate location worked out from it (country and city), and your browser type
When you enquire through a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes us the details you enter there, such as your name, email address and mobile number, and your answers to our questions about what you are looking for.
When you email sales@98churchill.com.au, we receive your email and anything you include in it.
When you browse this website, we also collect, through cookies and similar technology (see section 6):
- Pages visited and time spent
- The website that referred you
- Browser type, device and operating system
- An identifier stored in your browser, so a return visit can be recognised
3. How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and give you information about Ninety Eight Churchill
- To send you the brochure or floorplans if you asked for them
- To follow up with you by email, phone or SMS as part of the sales process
- To send you news about Ninety Eight Churchill, such as open inspection times and release updates. Every one of these emails carries an unsubscribe link.
- To measure which advertising brought you to us, and to improve our website and marketing
- To comply with our legal obligations
4. Who we share it with
Your enquiry information is shared with:
- Ray White Prospect (RLA 321928), the appointed selling agents
- Cluse & Co Pty Ltd, for marketing support and website operation
- Our service providers: Cloudflare (website hosting and the enquiry database), Google (Google Analytics, and Google Sheets, where the enquiry log for the sales team is kept), Meta (advertising) and Resend (email delivery)
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties.
5. Measuring our advertising
When you enquire, our server also records the enquiry with Google Analytics and with Meta, so we can see which advertising works.
- The record sent to Google Analytics carries no name, email address or phone number.
- The record sent to Meta lets Meta match the enquiry to a Facebook or Instagram account. It carries your email address, phone number, name and postcode, and a reference for the enquiry, each in hashed form. Hashed means scrambled by a one-way process before it leaves our server. It also carries your IP address, your browser details and Meta's browser identifiers. Meta compares the hashed details with the same hashed details of its own users.
6. Cookies and tracking
This website uses Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel. They set these cookies in your browser:
| Cookie | Set by | What it does | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga | Google Analytics 4 | Tells one browser's visits apart from another's | About 13 months |
_ga_WP6KHDTY93 | Google Analytics 4 | Keeps track of your current visit | About 13 months |
_fbp | Meta Pixel | Recognises your browser so Meta can measure and improve our ads | 90 days |
_fbc | Meta Pixel | Records the Facebook or Instagram ad you clicked, only if you arrived from one | 90 days |
The Meta Pixel sends each page visit to Meta. It also sends a copy to a relay server that Meta's own pixel settings choose, run on Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud in the United States. If you are logged in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may use its own cookies to link your visit to your account.
Google Analytics 4 uses your IP address to estimate your location and does not store it.
Cloudflare, which hosts this website, counts visits without using cookies. Our fonts load from Adobe Fonts and Google Fonts. They receive your IP address when your browser fetches a font, and they set no cookies.
You can:
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note this may affect how the site works.
- Stop Google Analytics on every website you visit with Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
- Control the ads Meta shows you in the ad preferences of your Facebook or Instagram account.
7. Where your information is kept
Your enquiry is stored in a database hosted by Cloudflare, copied to a Google Sheet for the sales team, and emailed to the people handling it. Some of our service providers store or process information outside Australia. The country most likely to be involved is the United States, along with other countries where Cloudflare, Google, Meta and Resend run their services.
8. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information. Form submissions are sent over HTTPS. Access to the enquiry database and the enquiry log is limited to the people selling Ninety Eight Churchill and running this website.
9. How long we keep it
We keep your information while Ninety Eight Churchill is being sold, and after that only for as long as we need it for the purposes in section 3 or the law requires. Then we delete it, or remove the details that identify you.
10. Your choices
You can browse this website without telling us who you are. To answer an enquiry we need your name and contact details.
You can stop our news emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in each one, or by emailing trevor@jenzengroup.com.au.
11. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention requirements
